YAHUDI ITU BUKAN SUKU BANGSA

 Yahudi itu adalah agama dan ia bukan suku bangsa. Orang yahudi merujuk kepada seseorang yang menganut agama yahudi, ia tidak sama sekali sesorang itu berbangsa yahudi kerana yahudi itu bukan satu bangsa atau ethnic.

Konsep yahudi sebagai bangsa "Jew as Nation" adalah idea yang dibawa oleh pengasas pertubuhan Zionist iaitu Theodor Herzl yang bermula dengan Kongress Zionist pertama di Basel, Swittzerland pada Ogos 1897. Beliau lah yang membawa idea penubuhan negara khusus untuk penganut yahudi "Jewish State".

Puak Zionist mengutarakan propaganda yahudi sebagai satu bangsa dengan diikat dengan agama. "Judaism is a religion as well as a nation and culture" adalah konsep yang mereka ingin ketengahkan, kerana ini akan memberi legitimasi kepada penubuhan satu negara khusus untuk penganut agama yahudi di Palestine. Jika dirujuk dari setengah ruujukan dari sumber zionist atau yahudi lain mereka akan cuba mengatakan bahawa setiap yahudi adalah berasal dari Bani Israil. Teori yang diuatarkan adalah puak yahudi terbesar seperti yahudi askenazis yang tinggal di Eropah Timur, Jerman dan Poland dan yahudi spheradic yang tinggal di sepanyol adalah berasal dari Timur Tengah akibat penindasan oleh Rome yang menakluk Palestine. Tiada bukti jelas yang menunjukan tarikh atau tempoh atau bukti diaspora namun inilah yang cuba dijadikan hujah memberi justifikasi untuk penganut yahudi "kembali ke Jews homeland" iaitu Palestine. Sebagaimana peliknya teori yahudi sebagai bangsa ini untuk dipertahanan, namun mereka berjaya terapkan yahudi sebagai bangsa dalam fikiran umum, malah rakyat melayu sendiri dari dulu merujuk kepada yahudi sebagai bangsa, malah mengakui bahawa yahudi itu bangsa yang bijak dan terpilih oleh tuhan. Mana mungkin hujah yahudi sebagai bangsa ini diterima jika amalan yahudi seperti berikut sendiri menidakkan konsep yahudi sebagai bangsa yang merujuk kepada etnik. 

Siapakah yahudi berdasarkan Halacha? Who is a Jew According to Halacha?

Halacha adalah undang-undang ataupun syariah agama yahudi Jewish law and jurisprudence, based on the Talmud. Berdasarkan halacha, seorang yang dilahirkan oleh ibu yang menganut agama yahudi atau orang dewasa yang menganut ajaran agama yahudi maka ia akan dianggap sebagai yahudi, Seorang penganut yang telah menukar agama (convert) tidak akan lagi dianggap sebagai yahudi. Berdasarkan undang undang ini mana mungkin penganut yahudi itu adalah satu bangsa yang berasal dari Bani Israil jika sesiapa sahaja yang menukar agama kepada yahudi akan dianggap sebagai seorang yang berbangsa yahudi dan mempunyai hak untuk kembali ke Palestine dan diberi keistimewaan.

Yahudi itu bukan bangsa atau kaum dibuktikan seterusnya seperti berikut;

Terdapat 2 teori tentang asal usul puak yahudi ashkenazi yang tinggal adalah berdasarkan 2 hypothesis berikut:

1. Khazar hypothesis. : Ashkenazis adalah berasal dari keturunan yahudi khazar yang memeluk agama yahudi dalam kurun ke 8 (circa) . Kajian dna seharusnya menunjukkan bahawa dna askenazis menyerupai dna caucasian / khazaria

2. Rhineland hypothesis : Ashkenazis adalah berasal dari keturunan Israelite yang berhijrah (diaspora) semasa pemerintahan Rom dan akhirnya menetap di sepanjang sungai Rhine di Jerman. Kajian dna seharusnya menunjukkan bahawa dna askenazis adalah menyamai dna penduduk Palestine/ penduduk timur tengah

Hypothesis kedua adalah amat penting bagi kumpulan yahudi untuk memberi legitimasi Right of Return.

Ulasan lanjut teori-teori tersebut adalah seperti berikut;

King Bulan dari tanah khazaria memeluk agama yahudi

Khazaria adalah kawasan yang merangkumi daerah purba sekarang ini adalah semenanjung Crimea/Ukraine hingga ke negara Caucasus. Dalam tahun sekitar 800 masehi King Bulan dan pengikut-pengikutnya telah memeluk agama yahudi. Fakta bahawa berlaku conversion adalah fakta yang tidak dapat dinafikan namun penerimaan fakta yang mengatakan ashkenazis adalah berasal dari keturunan khazar ini cuba dinafikan oleh puak yahudi.

Kajian Ernest Renan mengatakan seperti berikut: This conversion of the kingdom of the Khazars has a considerable importance regarding the origin of those Jews who dwell in the countries along the Danube and southern Russia. These regions enclose great masses of Jewish populations which have in all probability nothing or almost nothing that is anthropologically Jewish in them.[25]

Sudah tentu kajian dari zionist akan menafikan hasil kajian seperti ini hanya dengan menggunakan hujah kajian dna wujud gene m267 atau gene dari daerah Levant / timur tengah pada yahudi ashkenazi. Namun dalam konteks bagaimana hasil dari kajian diberi interpretasi adalah bias kepada objektif penulis. Kajian yang dilakukan oleh pengkaji yahudi sendiri ke atas penduduk Israel sendiri [Hammer 2009] (mungkin wujud bias disebabkan berlaku perkahwinan campur antara penganut yahudi di Israel) menunjukkan bahawa kewujudan dna m267 pada yahudi ashkenazi adalah rendah malah lebih rendah dari bacaan pada kaum caucasian yang lain. kajian dibuat semata untuk menunjukkan bahawa yahudi di Israel adalah berasal secara langsung dari Palestine. Sebagai contoh kaum khazak mempunyai bacaan sebayak 25% sedangkan yahudi ashkenazi hanya 14%. Oleh itu kajian ini menunjukkan hujah yahudi bahawa mereka (ashkenazis) bersasal dari Plaestine adalah propaganda palsu semata. Kesimpulannya mana mungkin yahudi ashkenazis yang merupakan yahudi pelopor penghijrahan ke Palestine adalah berasal dari bangsa Israelite/ Bani Israil? Penyokong kumpulan yahudi pula mengatakan kewujudan dna m267 pada ashkenazis adalah membuktikan mereka adalah berasal dari Palestine. Jika begitu bukankah bangsa caucasian yang lain lebih berhak untuk menuntut bahawa juga berasal dari Palestine?

Apa yang menarik semua kajian ini menggunakan dna dari penduduk Palestine sebagai marker Bani Israel / Israelite. Oleh kerana keputusan dna menunjukkan askenazis adalah lebih mirip kepada dna caucasian maka ia tidak sama sekali dapat menyokong hypothesis Rhineland. Namun begitu kewujudan m267 di dalam dna ashkenazis dijadikan hujah bahawa azkenazis ada berasal dari Palestine. Namun ia sama sekali tidak menyokong hypothesis rhineland kerana ia seharusnya menunjukkan peratusan yang lebih tinggi. Ulasan dari pihak ketiga seperti ulasan dari M.A. Aram  Yardumian mengatakan bahawa keputusan kajian sama sekali tidak menyokong teori rhineland namun pada masa yang sama ia tidak cukup kuat untuk menyokong teori khazarian, ini adalah kerana pemilihan Armenia dan Georgia sebagai marker untuk Khazaria adalah tidak tepat. Kajian semula oleh Elhaik dalam tahun 2016 menunjukkan bahawa DNA ashkenazi boleh di kesan kepada beberapa kampung di tenggara Turki. Sudah tentu keputusan kajian seperti ini yang menafikan hypothesis Rhineland mendapat kritikan hebat dari penyokong zionist namun hypothesis rhineland hanya dakwaan semata sedangkan bagi saya hypothesis khazar adalah lebih kuat walaupun pemilihan marker boleh dipersoal, namun pengkritik tidak pula mengemukakan alternatif terbaik untuk menjadi marker khazaria. Jika hypothesis yang mendakwa ashkenazi adalah berasal dari yahudi berasal dari penduduk khazar adalah salah, kemanakah penduduk khazaria ini menghilang jika tidak di Eropah timur termasuk Jerman.

Penduduk Yahudi moden adalah terdiri/berasal dari 90% adalah yahudi berkulit putih dari Eropah Timur iaitu yahudi ashkenazis bukan yahudi mizrahi dari Palestine. Fakta yang menunjukkan bahawa mereka ini tertumpu di Eropah Timur menjadi faktor utama untuk ditentusahkan dalam kajian tentang asal usul mereka. Jika sememang mereka ini tidak berasal dari Bani Israel sudah propaganda Jews as Nation /Yahudi sebagai bangsa atau slogan Jews As God Chosen People adalah palsu semata.

Mengapa harus kita termakan dengan propaganda “Jews is God Chosen People” sedangkan kita punyai sumber yang jelas dari Al Quran yang menafikan penganut agama Yahudi sebagai umat terpilih atau “ God Chosen People”. Allah dengan jelas menyatakan ini di dalam Al Quran seperti berikut;

 

Al-Ma'idah Ayat 18

·        وَقَالَتِ الْيَهُوْدُ وَالنَّصٰرٰى نَحْنُ اَبْنٰۤؤُ اللّٰهِ وَاَحِبَّاۤؤُهٗ ۗ قُلْ فَلِمَ يُعَذِّبُكُمْ بِذُنُوْبِكُمْ ۗ بَلْ اَنْتُمْ بَشَرٌ مِّمَّنْ خَلَقَۗ يَغْفِرُ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُۗ وَلِلّٰهِ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۖوَاِلَيْهِ الْمَصِيْرُ

18. Orang Yahudi dan Nasrani berkata, “Kami adalah anak-anak Allah dan kekasih-kekasih-Nya.” Katakanlah, “Mengapa Allah menyiksa kamu karena dosa-dosamu? Most of the residents here are armed," spokesman Yehonatan Yosef told parliamentarians two weeks ago.Activists in the settlement of Qiryat Arba, on the edge of Hebron, have distributed clubs, helmets and teargas to nearby outposts. "They've been given all of the tools we could provide for them in order to protect themselves," Bentzi Gopstein, a member of Qiryat Arba's council, told theYnet news website. "But we must remember that the best defence is offence. We can't stay close to our fences. If the Arabs can come to us, they must learn we can come to them."

The settlers are not just fighting to hold on to the land they already occupy; they intend to expand and grow – as they see it, reclaiming the land that has been willed to them by God. Whatever call from Israel for Palestinian to come back to negotiation table especially at this time is just a wolf cry to buy more time and an act to show that they are sincere while in actual fact is they never will; as what said by this Jewish activist in quotation below;

 How could property of others could be taken and given to Jewish just because they hold Jews Religion? Where is the right of original inhabitant of thousand years there?, whether they are Israelite or Canaan, these people are from the same Arab root that live and roam on this Land of Prophets. Which their ancestor mostly already converted to new religion from jews...
